Our well
coordinated Marketing Department, which consists of a strong network
of executives and agents, has always been in the forefront of
determining customer requirements and providing excellent services to
them. The marketing operations are delegated by the Marketing Manager.
A team of motivated and energetic marketing executives and a group of
agents work under the Marketing Manager to deliver the journals to
every nook and corner of the State. The operations here are fully computerised. The Himalayan task of supplying the magazines to the
hands of around 20 lakh students every month is carried out without any
lapse. We have a strong distribution network of more than 100 agents
to supply the products in time. Business Executives in the field take
care of the customer need. Dispatch of products is done within 24
hours of placing the orders. Business Analysis Wing supports the
Marketing Department with valuable market research and analysis. Our
Customer Care Division caters to the queries and apprehensions of the
customers within 24 hours of receiving the complaints. |
